Ahana

's purrfect home

Ahana is a delightful and delicate little Bengal cat who was handed into Swansea Cat Clinic Vet as a stray. She was frail and underweight, so was given immediate vet care and remained on observation. Little Ahana soon perked up and has gone from strength to strength. She eats well and has steadily gained weight and is now ready to find her forever home. Ahana is a bright, active and very affectionate little puss; she’s an absolute joy to be with and would make a wonderful companion. We don’t know anything about Ahana’s background and importantly our vet is unable to determine if she has been neutered. Therefore any adopter would have to be highly vigilant in caring for her and observing if she comes into season, and immediately contact our partner vet to book her in for neutering, which we would cover. In the few months she’s been in our care she hasn’t come into season. We also don’t know if she was kept as an indoor cat, so she needs to live in a very safe area – but definitely not as an indoor cat, she deserves to explore outside.
Ahana is a busy and vocal little cat, she’ll chat to you about her day. We would recommend she’s the only cat in the household and the only pet. Ahana needs a new home where she’ll have lots of company, so ideal for someone who works from home or is retired. She’s very sweet and affectionate, so should be fine with school age children who know to be gentle. Ahana is fully vaccinated and is microchipped. We chose the Bengali name Ahana because it means inner light and our little puss certainly shines brightly.

Due to the amount of applications we receive for each cat we are sorry, but we are unable to respond to unsuccessful applicants. Please note we do not home cats on busy roads where the cat has easy access to the road.
