Don’t be alarmed it’s only Ugg!

Meet Ugg who is scary and grumpy but also the biggest charmer on the planet…our volunteers are head over heels in love with him.

He came to us as a long term stray in the most shocking state…his maggot-infested fur was matted solid to his body, poor little man must’ve been in such pain and discomfort. So he had a lion shave and his little fluffy feet looked like Ugg boots…hence the name.

His fur is slowly growing back and he’s ready for a new, safe outdoor home on a smallholding or stables or similar.

Ugly-lovely Ugg would need warm, safe and dry shelter in a barn or outbuilding, regular meals and people on site daily. Ugg loves his food and our volunteers have been serving him up specially cooked meals and posh treats…he’s living like a king! And in return Ugg gives us a hiss and a swipe or two…but wait awhile because sometimes there’s a very special moment where you can tickle his tatty little head and your heart will melt.

His meow is the sweetest sound and those big, pleading eyes…you’ll soon be putty in his paws as we all are!

He’s been neutered and fully vet checked. Ugg is a one-off, a big character who has had a raw deal in life…until now. We want to see him spend the rest of his life in a safe outdoor home where he’ll be cared for and loved for the ugly-lovely rogue he is.
